Prioritization decision report The document that still answers "why" six months later.
The report is generated from the inputs, not written after the fact. It packages the ranking, the roadmap and the allocation with the reasoning behind them, for the people who were not in the room.
Answer first
The summary opens with the recommended plan in one line, then Worth checking, the caveats a careful reader would raise, then the inputs: how many stakeholders, their weights, and how much of that weight came in self-submitted, by proxy, or is still awaited.
The plan, and what was deferred
The ranked list gives every item its effort, priority and alignment. The roadmap section lists the plan with must-haves first, then the deferred items with the reason each one is out. Every item names the needs it serves.
An AI brief under strict rules
Generate a brief and the AI writes three short bulleted sections from the numbers on the page. It cannot invent a total, a link or a person; it reads only the report. Regenerate rewrites the brief; a share link keeps the copy it was made with, so nothing changes under a reader's feet.
Versions, links and paper
Save a version at every review and the history of the decision is kept. Share a link and the reader gets a frozen copy of the report as it stood, in the sections you chose; revoke it and it stops working at once. Print it, or save it as a PDF, from the browser.
Can I share the report with someone who has no account?
Yes. A share link opens a frozen copy of the report without signing in. On the Free plan it carries a small Powered by Weivo footer; Pro removes it.
Does the AI decide anything?
No. It writes about the numbers on the page and never casts a vote or sets a priority. If the project changes after you share the report, the report flags the shared copy as out of date, so you can regenerate and share the new one.
