Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, indefinitely. There is no time-limited trial and no credit card required. Free includes one active project with up to 20 features and 3 scenario snapshots, unlimited stakeholders, and AI decision reports.
Do my stakeholders need an account or a paid seat?
No. Stakeholders vote from a private invite link on every plan. They are never charged, never seat-priced, and never count toward any limit.
What happens when I hit a Free plan limit?
Weivo tells you in context and nothing breaks. Your existing data stays exactly as it is; you just cannot add new items past the limit until you upgrade or make room, for example by deleting a project you are done with.
What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
You move back to the Free plan and nothing is deleted, hidden, or locked. Every project stays fully readable and editable, even if you have more than the Free plan allows; you just cannot create new projects, features, or snapshots past the Free limits. Pro perks do revert account-wide: PDF exports are watermarked again, shared reports show Weivo branding, and XLSX import is disabled.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Open the subscription portal from your account settings and switch at any time. Plan changes use standard immediate proration through Stripe.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
Will I be charged immediately when I upgrade?
Yes. Pro takes effect immediately and the current billing period is charged at upgrade. You can cancel any time from the subscription portal without contacting anyone.
Does Weivo use my project data to train AI models?
No. AI features are powered by the Anthropic API, which does not use API inputs for model training. Your data is yours; you can export all of it as JSON from account settings at any time.
