Yes, indefinitely. There is no time-limited trial and no credit card required. Free includes one active project with up to 20 features and 3 saved versions of its decision report, unlimited stakeholders, both planning modes, every output and every AI feature.

No. Stakeholders vote from a private invite link on every plan, with no password to set. They are never charged, never seat-priced, and never count toward any limit. You can also enter a rating on behalf of anyone who prefers to give it in conversation.

Weivo tells you in context and nothing breaks. Your existing data stays exactly as it is; you just cannot add new items past the limit until you upgrade or make room, for example by deleting a project you are done with.

You move back to the Free plan and nothing is deleted, hidden, or locked. Every project stays fully readable and editable, even if you have more than the Free plan allows; you just cannot create new projects, features, or saved versions past the Free limits. The one Pro perk that reverts is branding: shared decision reports show the Powered by Weivo footer again.

Yes. Open the subscription portal from Account, Plan and switch at any time. Plan changes use standard immediate proration through Stripe.

The planning workspace is built for desktop and needs a window at least 768 pixels wide. The stakeholder voting portal and shared decision reports work on any device, so the people you invite can vote from their phone.

No. AI features are powered by the Anthropic API, which does not use API inputs for model training. Your data is yours; you can export all of it as JSON from Account, Security at any time.

Weivo is operated from Quebec, Canada. Project data is stored with Supabase in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit, behind row-level security so each account only ever reads its own rows. The database is copied every night, encrypted, and restore-tested. Every account can turn on two-factor authentication. The security page has the full picture.
